Terms of Service

Commissions

  • Payment will be in USD and done by Paypal only.

  • Commission payment can be paid upfront in full or half the price at the beginning of the commission. You will not receive the finished piece until the other half is paid.

  • All commissioned artworks are for personal use only; They are NOT to be used for commercial, AI training.

  • I can cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.

  • I can refuse service if you start being rude or hateful.

  • I will not draw anything that promotes anything hateful or bigoted in nature.

Adoptables

  • Payment will be in USD and done by Paypal only.

  • Adopts are for personal use only; They are NOT to be used for commercial, AI training, tracing, recoloring or reproduced for profit.

  • I retain the right to use the artworks for portfolio, advertising and examples for commissions. It will be explicitly stated as a sold adopt.

  • You can resell, but it has to be for the same price you bought it unless you had more art added. Gifting them to a friend is fine. The same rules apply to them, and you must inform me of the recipient's identity before making the gift.

  • Do not use my designs to promote anything hateful or bigoted in nature.

  • You can post the adopts on any social medias as long as you credit me for the design.

  • You can modify any aspect of the design, but please credit me for the original concept.

WILL DRAW

  • Humanoids

  • Humans

  • Mechas

  • Gore/NSFW (depends on what; this requires clarification.)

  • Couples (though this depends on the couple)

  • Backgrounds (depends on what; this requires clarification.)

WON'T DRAW

  • NFTs

  • Certain ships (Some ships I do not draw.)

  • Anything hateful or bigoted in nature.

By purchasing one of my adopts or commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to follow my TOS. Failure to abide by these rules may result in being blacklisted from future sales.​
